I stopped by Zara a week ago and found this blazer available in many fun colors! I loved this red color and don't have anything like this in my closet so I decided to pick it up.
If you view it on the model, the blazer is a bit more fitted and shorter in length. On me, the fit is more like a bf blazer which I don't mind. I think the shoulders are nicely fitted and the sleeves are doable when I roll them up. Also just an FYI, the red and the fuchsia color fit the smallest. All the other colors seem to run a bit bigger...odd?
Ladies, what do you think? Is the fit okay as is or would you prefer it to be more fitted?
Wearing:
H&M Shorts. Size 2. (similar here)
Ann Taylor Petite Ruffle Collar Twill Shirt. Size 00P.
Pressely Pumps by MICHAEL Michael Kors. Size 5.5. TTS. (almost identical here)
I think the boyfriend style looks good when paired with more fitted or short bottoms...so it looks great the way you styled it. The bright color looks great on you!
ReplyDeleteA red blazer sounds so lovely for summer time! I love the fit of this on you. The color is great too. :)
ReplyDeleteCute! I think it looks great the way it fits now on you. =)

ReplyDeleteI think it fits great! I actually have the hot pink one ;)
ReplyDeleteSo strange that the red and fuchsia would run smaller than other colors. I think Kerry explained this phenomenon once and of course, dummy that I am, have forgotten the reason why. You wear red so well! I love this and that bow neck blouse from LOFT on you.
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty blazer! Really love the white blouse as well!

That colour is beautiful on you! I think that some items tend to fit smaller because of the dyes used when colouring the fabric.. but that's just a guess! I don't know why I haven't added a coloured blazer to my wardrobe yet, but this post has me putting 'go to Zara' on my to-do list!

I think it looks good from what I can see, though I'm not too fond of the cuff sleeves (I only like that on 3/4 sleeves). The color is fabulous on you, though! I think you wear the blazer well.
ReplyDeleteI love how vibrant the blazer is. : )
ReplyDeleteThat blazer looks great on you! You look so good in red! :)

I think it looks good as a bf blazer.
