Banana Republic Chloe knit lace dress 00P

I been eyeing this dress for the longest time, but was deterred by the original price of $165. I stopped by BR this weekend just to see what was on sale and couldn't believe I found this dress in size 00P. It was on sale for $129 with 25% of sale items and another 30% on top of that. The dress ended up being around $70, which I thought was still a lot after all the discounts. After trying it on, I decided that the fit was perfect and no alterations were needed...and how often does that happen because BR's 00P runs huge. This dress in 00P fits more like a size 2 at H&M.

Wearing:
Banana Republic Chloe knit lace dress. Size 00P. (similar here & here). Vicky also reviewed it.
I don't have too many complaints about the dress besides that it's very hard to take on and off. The neck hole is kind of small and I'm scared I might get my makeup all over this dress.
Nine West "Metric" Wedge Sandals - Size 5.5. Runs true to size. Super comfy.
COACH Kristin Embossed Python Crossbody.

Thanks for reading and happy Memorial Day!!

Vacay Pics

The 2 pics above -- my bf's fave. Threatened to stop taking my blog photos if I don't post them. LoL.

Bikini:
VS Forever Sexy Push-Up Bandeau Top. Leopard Print. Size 32A. I got it because of the push up padding and the hidden underwire cups. I also recommend sizing down one size.
Bottom: Old VS Brazilian bottom.

Top by Free People.
H&M Crochet Shorts. Size 2. (similar here & here)
VS -Colin Stuart® Double-strap Flip-flop. Size 6. Normally wear a 5.5, but the size 5 was too tight.

Catching up on blogs!! My bf thinks I'm addicted.
I been away this week and I apologize for the lack of commenting. I am reading though!

I had to kiss the frog.
H&M Blouse. Size 2. (similar here & here)
F21 Shorts (old).

Having dinner along the marina...

My favorite kind of food: filet mignon, lobster tail, tequila shrimp and sea bass!
And yes that is A1 (my favorite sauce!). I'm always too embarrassed to ask for it at a nice steakhouse, but in Mexico they give it to you without asking.

Cute and Colorful Workout Clothes from Zobha -- I need your advice!

I've been going to the gym a couple times a week with my bf. I'm kind of tired of my gym clothes because it consist of black leggings and whatever t-shirt/tank I have that is clean. I do a lot of people watching while at the gym because working out can get boring sometimes. LOL. I been stalking this one girl who has the cutest workout leggings! She always wear these colorful leggings and they look absolutely amazing on her. So I finally got the courage to talk to her and asked her where she gets her cute workout gear.
*Image below are from Zobha.com

The girl was super nice about it and said she had the same issue with finding cute workout clothes until she worked for this yoga apparel company called Zobha. When I got home, I immediately went to the website and see that they have so many color leggings and tanks. So my dilemma now is choosing the color combo.

I have chosen the Classic Racerback Tank (with removable cups) $52.00 and Straight Leg Capri $68.00.

Above are 3 color combos that I really like and am really torn on which combo I want to purchase. What do you think?

Also besides Lululemon, Lucy or Athleta - do you know where else to purchase cute workout gear? Thanks!

Urban Outfitter Blouses and Skirt

It's been awhile since I stepped foot into Urban Outfitters. The UO in SF has 3 stories and that store is so messy and crowded, it deters me from going in. I really can't stand messy stores. I decided to drive across the golden gate bridge and stopped by another UO which was a lot more neat, clean and organized.

It was quite a successful shopping trip and below are the items I got and love.

Wearing:
Urban Outfitter Printed Chiffon Blouse. Size XS. The website offers the same blouse, but in different prints. This is a roomy blouse so if you're looking for something on the fitted side then I'd skip on this. I really love the print and don't mind that it's roomy at all.

Urban Outfitter Kimchi Gold A-line Skirt. Size XS. (similar here, here & here)
I was surprised that this skirt fits so well. I normally have issues with the waist being roomy with most brands, but this skirt fits perfect. (For reference my waist is 23"). This is my favorite purchase, I think it's absolutely adorable and so easy to wear. It's also very light weight and flowy so it would be great for those hot summer days.,

Urban Outfitters Pins and Needles Polka Dot Blouse. Size XS.
I believe this print is sold out online, but the white color is still available. I have a soft spot for polka dots and bows --so cute! I thought this top would be great for the weekend or to wear to work.

A couple of you asked me about the ASOS PETITE Exclusive Pleat Front Peg Pants (Size 0P) from the last post. Here are pictures of the back of the pants. Hope that satisfies your curiosity!!!

Thanks for reading and hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!! :)

Asos Petite Peg Pants and Smock Top

I apologize in advance for the horrid pictures. I'm been lazy lately about taking pictures and just took a few quick snaps.

Here are the ASOS PETITE Exclusive Pleat Front Peg Pants. Size 0P.
I'm not sure if I love it or if it's just okay. I'm not used to wearing pants that aren't fitted. LOL.
I'm leaning towards keep...

Definitely not loving the ASOS PETITE Exclusive Bib Front Smock Top. Size 0P.
It looks better tucked in, but when not (tucked in) it is just too baggy. Also my bf said it looks like something his grandma would wear...*sigh*
RETURN!!

Sandals -- Sexy and Comfy!

Hi Ladies-- I have been on the hunt for some sexy and comfy sandals (for the longest time) and I finally found them this weekend at Nordies and they are decently prices. I am so excited to wear these.

Nine West "Metric" Wedge Sandals - Size 5.5. Runs true to size. I been wanting nude sandals that I can pair with everything. I love the heel height, its not too low or too high. They also elongate the legs nicely. These are perfect with shorts, skirts or dresses!

I notice recently that I been buying lots of Nine West shoes and not on purpose. I have to say they carry super comfy shoes with decent quality leather and they are also well padded.

Franco Sarto "Vaunt" Sandal - Size 5.5. Runs true to size. Super comfy. I tried these on a couple of days ago and I couldn't stop thinking about and knew I had to go back and get them!!

I love the the straps and animal print. They are so sexy. I read this review online and it totally made me laugh!

"I'm a 67 yr.old grandma wearing these Vaunt sandal to my grand daughters wedding. They are truly comfortable & jazzy"

When your family is harmful to your health...

Sorry this is nothing fashion related, so feel free to skip this post.

My family lives about 10 minutes away from me, but I try to see them as little as possible. I went home last weekend to take my mom out and also stopped by to see my aunt.

My aunt goes, you look awful. How come you're so skinny and your face....too skinny! You have too many fine lines around your eyes. When you don't smile, it looks fine. When you smile...ohh too many wrinkles! Those lines are pretty deep too. You need to gain weight on your face. So she asked me about what I been doing lately, I said nothing nothing just blogging. So she sees my pictures from last week's post and she goes, ohh much better...you look fatter. I said to her, that was last week. I didn't loose or gain weight.

I love my family, but sometimes it better for my self esteem not to see them. *sigh*

Now I'm on the hunt for miracle eye cream that will make my fine lines go away. Suggestions anyone?

Safari Inspired Outfit

Wearing:
Ann Taylor Petite Silk/Linen V-Neck Cardigan. Size XXSP. Color Soft Sepia. The area was so windy I couldn't get the cardigan to lay flat for you to see what it really fits like. The fit is perfect for me, it's not too fitted and has room for layering. I was pleasantly surprised at how soft and silky feeling it was, I do think the cardigan is a tad thin. I also ordered this cardigan in the tangerine color, but it was too "Halloween orange" for my taste so I ended up returning it.
On a side note, I also ordered the Ann Taylor Petite Relaxed Crop Pants - ooP(not pictured here). The waist of the pants were so big that if I didn't hold them up they would fall right off. It was just so ill fitting I didn't even bother to take photos.
Free People Printed Strappy Cami. Size XS. Love the longer length for tucking in. It is also really soft and fits very close to the body.
Zara Khakis (really old). (similar here & here)
JCrew Belt. XS. (similar here)
Nine West Ambitious Pumps. Size 5.5.
Free People Ancient Stone Necklace.
F21 Tribal Beaded Hoop
